Mayonnaise Jam, a solo project by Junior Sofiati, musician and composer member of several bands and projects in the Brazilian underground scene. These include: Enzime, Minds Away, Cuba Drinker and The Hi-Fis, Unnatural and Watusi Disasters.
The project was born at the beginning of this century and for almost 20 years it was a little forgotten. But now it's back full steam ahead!!!
